Il file dell’opera che parteciperà al Concorso Premio Novello e i dati di registrazione al concorso sono stati inviati correttamente ed sono stati notificati all’organizzazione.
Ha preso visione e accettato le seguenti clausole:
– Il sottoscritto dichiara di aver preso visione e di accettare tutte le norme contenute nel regolamento della sesta edizione del Premio internazionale ”Novello – Un signore di buona famiglia.
– Il sottoscritto dichiara di consentire il trattamento dei dati personali contenuti nella presente scheda di iscrizione, nella misura necessaria all’iscrizione, ai sensi del D.Lgs.196/2003.
– Il sottoscritto dichiara di essere responsabile della veridicita’ dei dati inseriti, e di essere consapevole che, in caso di vincita, sara’ tenuto a regolarizzare la pratica presentando un documento di identita’ valido.
Si ricorda che è possibile inviare sino ad un massimo di 3 opere per autore.

Has read and accepted the following clauses:
– The undersigned declares to have read and understood and accept all the rules contained in the Regulation of the sixth edition of the international prize: Novello – a lord of good family.
– The undersigned declares that allow the processing of personal data contained in this registration form, to the extent necessary for the inclusion, within the meaning of the Legislative Decree 196-2003.
– The undersigned declares that he is responsible for the accuracy of data entered and be aware that, in case of winning, will be held to regularize the practice by presenting a valid identity .
